I would love some ideas on healthy snacks for my 2 year old. I'm not very creative so that is why I'm turning to you for some suggestions. My son is not a picky eater really. He loves fruit but am looking for other ideas.
I'm in charge of snacks once a month for my daughter's preschool. Due to choking hazards and food allergies, there's a long list of things we can't bring. We had orientation last night and didn't get suggestions, just what not to bring, which included anything with nuts, anything too sweet, raisins, hotdogs, popcorn, hard candy, etc...I need ideas for healthy snacks, help! Thanks!
As trivial as it seems, I am needing advice on healthy snacks to feed my toddler (15 mos.) It seems as though we rotate through the same meals and snacks every day and I know I would be tired of it, so I am guessing he is too! We are a health conscience family and are raising our son the same way. I only allow him to drink milk and water (no juice) and I watch his sugar intake - so please no sugary cereal etc. recommendations! Please respond with any good snacks or recipes that have worked with your family! Thanks!
I need some suggestions for some healthy snacks for my 21 month old toddler. He is always wanting snacks (he does eat at meal times also) and I'm running out of ideas. Anyone have any "creative" ways to get him to eat veggies as a snack? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
Hiya everyone, I have a 3 year old son who doesn't like to eat. He won't eat meat or veggies. The only veggies he eats are carrots and cucumbers and of course they have to be raw. He loves apples, watermelon, pineapple, and a few other fruits. He loves bread and cheese and milk but gets constipated pretty easy when he has too much of those. I was wondering if anyone out there has any good fun snack ideas that I could use with my son so he can be involved with the prep of the food. He likes chicken nuggets of course.. what toddler doesn't! lol :) he loves fish sticks as well. But I'm scared of him getting tired of those and not eating anything at all.. I try to stay with healthy snacks but sometimes he just won't take them. Pretzles, popcorn, and goldfish are his three main snacks thru the week. Anyway, I'll stop babbling and close this for now. Any and all suggestions would be VERY GREATFUL!! Thanks in advance!!
