Hello,
My 2 yr old Picasso has taught me how to get crayon, sharpie, pen, and pencil off the walls using Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. But Brandyn has stumped me with dry erase marker on drywall? Any ideas? Greased lightening doesn't work, windex doesn't work, nor does Dawn, Bleach, rubbing alcohal, clorox, magic eraser or good ol' soap and water. We try to keep the weapons where he can't get them, but he's also part monkey and sneak. Lets just say, he's my little adventure looking for a place to happen.
My awesome artist has drawn all over the hallway with crayon. Soap and sponges does not work. I would rather not go buy magic erasers and was hoping some of you would have a more crafty approach to cleaning crayon from paint. Thanks in advance!
I purchased some kitchen rugs with a black border from Bed Bath and Beyond to match my kitchen. Well when they got wet (doing dishes, etc) the black border stained my linoleum. Now I'm renting my apt so I need to figure out a way to clean it up. I've tried every cleaning product I can think of including bleach and magic erasers and nothing even dents it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking of purchasing paint remover or something. Please help.
Does anyone have any ideas how to keep the bottom of my textured bathtub clean. i've tried to use the magic eraser, which gets it somewhat clean but not perfect.
My 2 year old is a little picasso. He is obsessed with coloring. so much so that he colors all over the walls, furniture, books, etc.. I have such a dilemma with cleaning our walls. We rent a townhome and whomever painted these walls before us picked a very hard to clean color--yellow. It's a flat paint and i have tried almost everything to clean my walls. Did i mention that both of my children have dirty hand and fingerprints over every nook and cranny of my house? I have tried magic eraser (and this only makes the streaks appear cleaner, but does not remove the crayon markings or dirty hand prints). i have tried tons of cleaners, but i can't find anything that works. I guess my final resort is to just paint over everything (which is going to be a daunting task). Is this really necessary? Do i have to paint over stains every couple of months because i have 2 very hyper boys? Or is there an easier way? Someone help me..I dread having company over. The stains are very noticeable and not only in our front room--in our guest bathroom, our hallway, our bedrooms...I hate looking at it..it's driving me crazy!!!:-) Thanks in advance for all of your comments and suggestions! Blessings!
