has anyone tried that new fitpack dvd? i ordered it from fitpackdvd.com and it's really easy because the workouts are super short. i can easily do it while my daughter is sleeping and still have time for everything else i supposed to do while she is sleeping. i swear i'm seeing my old stomach again (the one i had before my first child--not my second).
I need to start working out. I have the desire and have watched 2 different info-commercials and am uncertain if I want to invest money in a workout video without some feedback. I really like the hip hop abs, thinking I could easily do this since I enjoy bouncing around when music is playing. Has anyone ever purchased or has a great workout video that they love or could recommend?
Hello my name is A.. I have a 6yr old that goes to school and a 4 yr in school. My youngest child is 10 1/2 months and is home with me all day, basically I'm a stay home mom. My question is: What can I do to put more exercise in my life. Also what diet has worked for people. My hubby just left and I want to lose a lot before he gets home. I don't have the energy in the morning, I've tried to wake up at 5 30 to do a workout video but just cant seem to push myself to do it. During the afternoon I'm either attending to the young one or cleaning something. when night hits i have footballs games to take my son too and cooking dinner. Finally when the kids hit the sack i have alone time. I usually talk to my hubby online or watch Tv shows and then pick up a little. I cant jog in morning bc there is none to stay with the kiddos. I don't know anyone to watch my kids. I'm here alone. I need some advice on what to do about getting exercise in and what i need to do to lose weight. I really want to lose so pls help with any info u can
I am desperate. I am trying to so hard to lose weight. I don't go to the gym just because we can't afford the monthly fees. Our family eats fairly healthy. We don't keep much sugary treats in the house, I drink lots of water, some juice, and not much soda. I haven't really gained weight either. I am just at a stand still. I take walks with my son somtimes but that only does so much. I have done workout videos at home but then I get bored. I guess I am asking for some more things to do. Anything interesting that I can do at home, maybe a new diet that has worked for other moms, or a workout routine. I would appreciate any kind of feedback. Thank you!
